My Wii mote's batteries died, so I only got to do part of the body test (no balance tests for Wii Fit age or training). I lost 0.2 pounds.
I was exhausted yesterday. My boss (TBIL) asked if I was okay because I looked really tired. I'm doing better today, but now (after lunch), I'm sleepy again.
Lost 0.2 lbs from yesterday. Wii Fit age is back down to 27.
I am so sleepy!
On Monday - lost 0.7 lbs and Wii Fit age was like 27? (can't remember).
Today, gained 0.2 lbs and Wii Fit age was 33. Yikes on the Wii Fit age, but okay on the weight. I did the free step for an hour (well, 30 mins + 30 mins, with only a break to reset the exercise).
I have finally moved into the cubes... it's okay. It's obviously not my own office and if you really must know, I could name off everything that's wrong with it, but since it's unchangeable, who cares...
Gained 0.9 pounds from yesterday, but then took the Body Test again after I worked out for 30 mins, and my weight went down 0.2 pounds. So I guess the net is +0.7.
Wit Fit Age is 33... yikes!
Short Wii Fit session yesterday (10 mins) and today (10 mins). My weight loss from Day 27 to Day 28 (yesterday) was 2 pounds! I didn't even eat that well! I did gain 0.2 pounds back today, but that's still great.
Did have to recharge my rechargeable batteries in the Balance Board.
Well, I gained 0.9 pounds from yesterday to today, and up to 31 in Wii Fit years. Oh well...
I lost 0.2 pounds since yesterday, but gained 4 years in Wii Fit age (so it's 25). Good enough though!
And I did the free step for 30 minutes, while watching Frasier. My hip was hurting a lot, though (started to hurt while I was sitting and reading earlier). But I just continued, even though my hip was killing me, and then after a while, I stopped noticing.
Well, until I walked out of the room and felt a ton of pain in my hip.
Just 10 minutes on Wii Fit today. My weight/BMI stayed the same from yesterday, which I'm estatic about! And my Wii Fit age... (wait for it):
21!!!
Wii Fit today - I lost 1.5 pounds! In like 5 days. I think most of it is water weight though as I sweated buckets today. But whatever. My Wii Fit age is 33, which is not good.
Since I reached my goal, I had to set a new one - another 1.5 pounds in 4 weeks. So we'll see.
So I've been told by my boss that I have to sit in the cubicle because we can't keep the office that I was going to sit in, since he got a bigger office. I don't see how the two are exactly connected, but I've decided that this is not really worth fighting for. I don't plan on working for him for the rest of my life anyway (if anyone needs an assistant, I'm looking) so fine. I do plan on seeking some clarification, also because he told me that the dept head said I could pick whichever cubicle I wanted and that he would move people around if necessary. Yeah, that would go over real well with the other staffers.
Since I can't keep my office, I would like to choose my cubicle... but the one I want is not currently occupied, so I won't be ruffling any feathers. Not that I care, but you know, I don't want to be a petulant person like my boss.
Haven't been on Wii Fit for days (maybe 4?)... we had new floors installed on Friday so Thursday night was spent last minute cleaning. And then... um, just mostly laziness? Well, that and moving stuff back, putting together new furniture, and laziness.
Plus, I didn't really want to see how much I've gained...
My back hurts when I round my spine or arch my back. I think it started when I was painting my ceiling and I was standing on a bench thing in the alcove in my room. I was arching back to paint the wall/ceiling. It doesn't really bother me, but it hasn't really gone away either.
Went to the eye doctor on Friday. Got my eyes checked for glasses and contacts - she said that she would give me the same contacts but the prescription for the glasses were slightly different. I, trying to be witty, asked "worse?" but she either didn't hear me or didn't understand because then she just repeated what she had said. The prescription seems the same as before, though... although I guess my astigmatism or whatever could have been different.
And upon putting away my new supply of contacts today (yes, it took me 2 days to put it away), I discovered that I still have 6 pairs that I got last July (or thereabouts). So I didn't need to get more contacts this time... Ah well.
I plan on getting new glasses, but not sure when that will happen. I guess I could wait until January, so my insurance would cover it (since my insurance this year is going towards the exam/contacts) but we'll see. I really want new glasses and that was my primary reason for going to the doc's.
I have no idea what is going on with the office space at work... it's a huge mess. And I have no internet connection. Hopefully, that will be fixed (or has been, if I'm lucky?).
